Join us for Thanksgiving Weekend in Victoria from October 11-13, 2024!

Experience a weekend packed with activities, starting with our Race Expo at Crystal Gardens in downtown Victoria on Friday and Saturday. Next, join us for our inaugural event in Oak Bay, featuring our 5K and Thrifty Foods Kids Run at Willow's Beach. Finally, on Sunday, don't miss the main event at the Legislative grounds, showcasing the Marathon, Half Marathon, and 8K.

Become a valuable part of the Peninsula Co-op RVM Volunteer Crew by selecting shifts listed below to help create an unforgettable experience for all participants. Please note that the event spans from Thursday, October 10th, through Sunday, October 13th, 2024, and volunteers are needed in various roles throughout these days. Thursday, October 10th:  Expo
RVM Expo Set Up 12pm-6pm at Crystal Gardens

Friday, October 11th: Expo
RVM Expo 10:30am-6pm (Multiple Shifts) at Crystal Gardens
RVM 5K + Kids Run set up 12-6 at Willow's Beach

Saturday, October 12th: 5K & Kids Run
5K + Kids Run Events 6am-12pm (Multiple Shifts)
RVM Venue Build 8am-5pm (Multiple Shifts) at 501 Belleville
RVM Expo 8:30am-6pm (Multiple shifts) at Crystal Gardens

Sunday, October 13th: 8K, Half & Marathon
RVM Main Event 5am-5pm (Multiple Shifts/Locations)
